– 1 pack of Donka ground peels
– 1 tsp walnuts
– 125 g of butter
– 1 tsp flour
– 1 tsp sugar
– 4 eggs
– 1 tsp baking powder
– pistachios for decoration

For the syrup:
– 2 tsp sugar
-2 tsp water

Eggs (4 pcs) are beaten together with sugar (1 tsp). As soon as a smooth cream is obtained, flour (1 tsp), baking powder (1 tsp) and ground walnuts (1 tsp) are added to it gradually and in portions. Everything is thoroughly mixed.

Arrange half the prepared crusts in a greased pan. They are sprinkled with melted butter and generously sprinkled with the filling of walnuts, eggs, sugar and flour on top. Then the rest of the finished crusts are placed and sprinkled with melted butter on top.

The baklava is cut into squares with a sharp knife and placed in the oven at 180 degrees to bake for about 40 minutes.

After the baklava is baked and cooled, the syrup is prepared. Place sugar (2 tsp) and water (2 tsp) in a saucepan and boil until the syrup thickens. The hot syrup is poured over the cooled baklava and left to stand in the cold overnight.
