Steps
Beat the 6 eggs in a large bowl.
Add a spoonful of soda to the Donka yogurt to make it bubbly. Then add the yogurt to the eggs.
We spread a thin crust on a greased tray, which we sprinkle with the egg mixture. We spread a second crust and pour a little butter and crumbled cheese on it. We alternate until the crusts run out. Finally, we cut the patty into cubes and sprinkle it with the remaining mixture of eggs and yogurt and crumbled cheese.
Bake in a cold oven at 180 degrees (without fan) until done.
Pie with Donka cheese, you can perfectly combine it with Donka lutenitsa or Donka boza.
